As an Operating Partner (Restaurant General Manager), you are the engine of the company! You will affect our Guests' experiences, develop Crew Members, Managers, and drive the financial health of the company. Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of 2 years General Manager experience in the food service and/or hospitality industry with a minimum of 5 years experience with increasing responsibility in operations management, including P&L management of multi-unit operations and a successful track record in the franchise-related role, including multi-unit operations experience plus the management qualifications noted below.
Our Assistant Managers oversee daily operations, create and manage staffing and work schedules, ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management and support the Operating Partner in managing the restaurant's daily operations. Successful candidates for this role will have a minimum of one year experience performing substantially similar essential functions as an Assistant Manager in fast food/quick service concepts and other management qualifications noted below.
In the Shift Manager role, you'll affect our Guests' experience, develop Crew Members and help drive the financial health of the company by training crew members in operational and service behaviors, supervising crew in service, cleanliness and food quality, monitor food procedures to ensure we provide the quality products Wendy's is known for, executing cost control systems, and demonstrating a can do attitude when working with the team. Qualified applicants must have a minimum of one year supervisory experience and the other management qualifications noted below.
All management positions require strong customer and results focus, the flexibility to work 50-55 hours/week, demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage your own team in a fast-paced environment, reliable transportation to/from work, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and ability to pass a background check. Management candidates must also be a minimum of 18 years old.
