This critical role ensures that:- Audit remediation efforts are completed timely and exhibit appropriate evidence to demonstrate the issue has been resolved- Remediation efforts to address audit findings are completed timely and accurately&- Risks introduced by the audit findings are appropriately documented and brought to the attention of relevant leadership- Controls needed to remediate audit findings are recommend and documentedCollaboration with key members of the TA team is critical to ensure success in this role, as the Audit Analyst will not be the owner of any of the audit preparation or remediation activities, but instead will influence those responsible for the successful delivery of these commitments.Responsibilities (short term):Enhance approach to supporting internal audit commitments to ensure that teams meet remediation deadlinesResponsibilities (long term):Provide ongoing training and guidance to the organization on how to ensure audit remediation items are managed effectively&Coordinate with teams across TrueAccord to develop action plans to resolve internal audit findings&Ensure that internal audit remediation activities are being tracked and managed appropriately and escalate to senior management when necessary&Partner with teams across the company to ensure that audit closure evidence is provided and is sufficient for the closure of remediation itemDocument areas of risk identified as the result of any internal audit findingWork with TrueAccord teams to develop and document controls necessary to prevent future occurrences&Provide timely updates in the audit remediation record regarding action plans updates, meeting minutes, and other pertinent information.&
