You will work cross-functionally with the business, help support planning, and drive operational excellence.
Due to the high-growth nature of our business, the duties and responsibilities of this position will evolve over time, so we are looking for someone who has the capacity and desire to grow with the position.Responsibilities:Support annual planning, reporting, and managing KPI metrics and analysis for multiple departments and business units.&Identify and optimize underlying business drivers with a variety of functional and executive leadership.Build and improve upon detailed financial models, as well as ad hoc financial analysis and projects.&Work closely with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial closesCollaborate cross-functionally with teams across the organization to drive process improvements and streamline operationsIdentify trends and perform root cause analysis of variances to forecast.What You Bring:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or other relevant fieldMinimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a finance, consulting, or accounting roleExcellent financial modeling and data scrubbing/analysis skills in ExcelKnowledge of financial reporting, including accounting operations, processes, risks and controlsSelf-starter who regularly takes initiative and can juggle multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating creativity and judgment while prioritizing to meet tight deadlinesAbility to thrive in a high-growth startup environmentNice to haves: Familiarity with BI tools like Looker or SQLExperience using ERP systems like NetSuite, Anaplan, or Workday&&Positive, get-it-done attitude and agile approach to problem solvingBeing able to prioritize multiple projects with high attention to detail#LI-JV1What TrueAccord offers you + Culture & BenefitsTrueAccord is a distributed company with a major presence in the San Francisco Bay area and Lenexa, KS.&We offer a healthy work environment that continuously builds an inclusive and diverse culture where everyone is able to develop the best version of themselves.
