This person will play a vital role in accelerating the growth and scalability of our organization, demonstrating leadership for how we quickly deliver technical solutions outside of the Engineering team in an effort to accelerate new client integrations and more effectively support our existing clients technical needs.
The successful candidate has demonstrated sophisticated problem-solving skills, including automation and scripting experience, to support streamlining new client onboardings and delighting existing customers.Responsibilities:Serve customers in partnership with the Client Success team to drive new onboarding revenues, problem solving issues with technical know-how and a deep understanding of TrueAccord s systemsEnd-to end management of new client API integrationsClient relationship management leading external technical meetings/calls as well as technical demonstrationsTriage and issue resolution, escalating code-related needs when necessaryData remediation for new client onboardingsScript writing (python or other language) to resolve non-standard data mapping&Creator and manager of technical documentation repositoryMulti-tasker extraordinaire moving from strategic projects to tactical issue resolution in an effort to support building technical scalability, growing new client revenues, and building rapport and trust with our most sophisticated enterprise clients.
5+ years of experience as a sales engineer or related role, ideally as a member of a Professional Services group.Experience integrating 3rd Party REST APIs with sophisticated, enterprise-level clientsExperience with JSON, CSV, HTMLMastery of Python or a similar scripting language.Strong understanding of both SQL and NoSQL databases.Strong recent experience in MacOS and Linux environmentsExceptional relationship building skills with client-facing experienceStrong problem solving skillsAbility to convey complex information in both written and oral form to both technical and non-technical audiences.&&A background working in a similar customer-facing engineering role (e.g.
