To maintain and preserve our national headquartered building, GCSAA is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to provide maintenance, repair and custodial duties to ensure we provide a safe, clean and aesthetically pleasing working environment for staff and tenants. This position is responsible for proactively identifying areas needing repair, upkeep and replacement and performing these repairs when necessary. Other duties include detailed cleaning of break areas, meeting spaces and restrooms.
May occasionally assist with outdoor projects. Position will assist with the packing and loading of materials for our annual Golf Industry Show.
Qualified candidates must be a self-starter and able to work independently, possess a high attention to detail, and be extremely dependable. Some general facilities, maintenance or custodial experience is required. Technical, vocational or trade school certificates preferred. Understanding of basic safety and OSHA procedures is also preferred.
We take our work seriously, but we know how to have fun. Position pays $13.73 - $15.50 per hour and will receive GCSAA's attractive benefit package including but not limited to health, dental, vision, life insurance and company matched 401(k).
