The Data Integrity Specialist position supports the Washburn University Alumni Association and Foundation’s overall fundraising and engagement efforts by entering data and maintaining its integrity within the Raiser’s Edge database. This role must establish and nurture effective, collegial working relationships with co-workers and university partners representing the Foundation in a positive and professional manner.
Duties include updating constituent records from a variety of sources, deciphering information and entering accurately and efficiently into correct fields and performing queries to audit entries. High school or GED equivalent with three years business experience, preferably within a fundraising institution, associate degree preferred. Minimum two years computer data entry experience with proven ability to handle a high volume of data entry while maintaining accuracy. Must have intermediate computer skills, strong attention to detail and strong problem solving skills.
