Mid-America Pool Renovation is an industry leader in swimming pool renovations based out of Kansas City for the past 30 years. We provide premium quality services to individuals and industry across the US.
We are seeking an experienced, flexible and motivated person to perform accounting and various administrative tasks. You would be joining an energetic team and an innovative company. The Accounting/Office Assistant position will work closely with the Financial & Strategic Manager on the following tasks:
-Accounts Payable: Matching up Purchase Orders, entering, and submitting bills for payment when due.
-Payroll: time card analysis and daily entry, assist with prevailing wage reporting.
-Credit card receipt entry, matching up to monthly statements, and reconciling.
-Accounts Receivable: Customer billing and payment posting
-Office & Sales support: Filing, answering phones, HR tasks, sales reports, transferring paper files to electronic records.
You must have an excellent phone voice, positive personality, multi-tasking, great attention to detail, plus:
- College degree a plus
- QuickBooks experience
- Solid employment history
This is a Full Time position for a growing, fast-paced office. Salary $40,000+, depending on experience
