To be able to provide world-class customer service to our 18,000 members, GCSAA is seeking two individuals with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service. Each position will provide administrative support for two different departments. Duties include but are not limited to producing high quality correspondence, data entry, project management, coordinating meeting logistics, reconciling budgets and event coordination within GCSAA.
One position will support the Environmental Institute for Golf (EIFG), GCSAA's philanthropic arm, and the Government Affairs departments while the other coordinator provides assistance to GCSAA's Membership and Environmental Programs departments. Qualified candidates must be personable with a strong focus on responsiveness and professionalism. Candidates must be extremely organized and have the ability to thoroughly review documents for detail and accuracy and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. Must have a minimum two years' experience working in an administrative support or customer service role in a professional office environment and possess an associates or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, English or other related field or equivalent experience. Solid knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office programs (Excel and Powerpoint) required. Keynote knowledge highly desired.
We take our work seriously, but we know how to have fun. Position pays $13.75 - $16.50 per hour and will receive GCSAA's attractive benefit package including but not limited to health, dental, vision, life insurance and company matched 401(k).
