Parsons is pursuing work to provide support to the Force Modernization Proponent's Security Force Assistance effort for the development and maintenance of Army SFA doctrine and training support packages and development of PR doctrine. Additionally, they seek to properly document the products in support of the proponent's force modernization responsibilities. The work will be performed at MICC Leavenworth, KS. Doctrine development qualifications ensure SFA doctrinal products effectively communicate procedures and techniques to the field, incorporate existing Army doctrinal fundamentals and are formatted and edited in accordance with guidance and policy in coordination with the Combined Arms Doctrine Directorate (CADD).
BA degree from accredited college program.
A minimum of two (2) years experience in writing service doctrine, lessons learned or official history.
SFA SME who is trained Personnel Develop Skill Identifier (PDSI) T 1B, C, D; AfPak Hands program, MOS 18 (or sister service equivalent) and experienced in advising foreign security forces.
Completion of CADD Doctrine Author's course or equivalent sister service.
