The purpose of this position is to oversee the development, implementation and management of the siteâ€™s Quality Management System.
Who You Are & What Youâ€™ll Do
As a Site Quality Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring Employerâ€™s goal to delight consumers. You will be responsible for overseeing the Quality Management System (QMS) assuring consumer safety and the overall quality of the final product. You will achieve this through collaboration with all departments as a subject matter expert on quality procedures and regulatory requirements. Driving a consumer and customer-focused culture that brings the Knorr and Lipton brands to life in the factory will be a key to your role.
Your line manager will be the Quality Manager for the site who reports to the Factory Director. As a member of site leadership you will be integral to maintaining the siteâ€™s safety culture.

What Youâ€™ll Need To Succeed
BA/BS degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biology or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of related work experience in either Quality or Manufacturing Operations.
Attention to detail, bias for action, accountability, written and verbal communication skills, data collection and analysis, problem solving, decision-making, teamwork, and judgement.
